Privacy & request handling

The designated privacy contact is the Privacy Lead. We collect information reasonably needed to provide tools, understand requests, route inquiries, respond, secure the service and document consent.

Information collected

Depending on the form, this can include contact details, preferences, business/property information, requested service details and basic attribution data such as landing page, referrer and UTM parameters.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to provide requested functionality, classify inquiries, identify relevant match categories, communicate, reduce abuse and measure service performance. Where you consent, inquiry information may be shared with relevant independent providers/partners only for the specific request.

No unrelated data sale

This production package does not include behavioural advertising or a data-broker feature. Partners are not authorized by this site to resell supplied inquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Housing information

Initial renter matching is designed around location, budget, timing and property features. Do not submit government IDs, bank records, medical records or protected-class information through the initial request.

Retention

Unmatched request records are targeted for deletion or de-identification within 90 days. Active inquiry/transaction records may be retained for up to 24 months from last activity when reasonably needed for the requested service, complaints, security, consent records or legal obligations.

Cross-border service providers

Hosting, form processing, security, email or lead-management providers may process information outside your province, state or country.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your request, or withdraw consent for future sharing.
