Housing limitations

The site is a matching property, not a landlord, property manager, tenant-screening company, real-estate brokerage or consumer-reporting agency. Owners/managers remain responsible for lawful advertising, screening, notices, leases and fair-housing obligations.

Independent parties

Providers, suppliers, property operators and partners are independent. The site does not guarantee availability, acceptance, price, quality, credentials, payment, schedule or results.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or provide information you do not have authority to share.
