Data-use & partner standards

Permitted use

Use a supplied inquiry only to evaluate and respond to the specific request for which it was provided and to maintain reasonable records of that requested relationship.

Not permitted

Do not resell, publish, enrich for unrelated profiling or add supplied inquiries to unrelated marketing lists.

Security

Restrict access to people who need the information for the response, use reasonable safeguards, and delete/de-identify unused copies when no longer reasonably needed.

Housing use

Owners, managers and agents may use renter information only for the specific housing inquiry and must not use the service to discriminate, steer, exclude or apply different terms based on protected characteristics. Screening and adverse-action obligations remain the housing provider's responsibility.

Quality controls

Matching may consider geography, capability, availability, fit, recency and response performance. Partners may be paused or removed for complaints, non-response, inaccurate claims, privacy/security concerns or regulatory risk.
